Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

All You Need to Know

Our Responsibility - 

Created to Treasure Pottery and Castings will provide all the required equipment and tools for painting bisque/ pottery for the party. 

Created to Treasure Pottery and Castings will explain the use of the paints etc and assist the children in their painting as required.

Created to Treasure Pottery and Castings will glaze and fire the bisque / pottery ready for collection within 14 days of the party unless previously agreed with the client. 

Created to Treasure Pottery and Castings will decorate the studio for the party as appropriate. 

Created to Treasure Pottery and Castings will provide a single drink per child (juice or squash or water). 

Created to Treasure Pottery and Castings will provide a hand painted plate as a gift for the birthday child as part of the package. 

Created to Treasure Pottery and Castings will provide exclusive use of the studio area for parties of more than 10 children. 

Your Responsibility - 

The client will be responsible for the supervision and welfare of the children under their care at all times whilst on the business premises.

Once painting is finished the client is responsible for any additional entertainment required e.g pass the parcel, if the children finish painting earlier than expected (usually around 1 hour allowing 1 hour for food and cake)

The client can provide food and drink to be consumed during the party on the business premises but is asked to remove all rubbish associated with the food / drink from the party. 

The client will be responsible for paying a non refundable deposit of £30 at time of booking or within 10 days whichever is soonest. 

The client will be responsible for paying the remainder of the invoice on the day of the party (please be aware that exclusive use parties will incur a minimum charge of 8 children even if lower numbers attend).
